Policies :       Satisfaction Guaranteed  ( credit card processing and handling fees will be deducted from all refunds). All returned items must be in a salable condition. All Custom made products are not returnable unless due to defects in workmanship. If it is custom made for you - it then becomes difficult to resell.

All items purchased over 30 days are not returnable unless it is a warranty problem.
